Is it a money problem, that this Anatolian country lacks the capital available for investment into the new and ridiculous-looking startups? Is it the political hurdles? The answer: although these factors play some part in the current predicament of Turkiye in this topic, it is our contention that the main reason an Elon Musk didn't grow out of Turkiye is one of mindset.
